Refund Policy:
Refunds will only be considered if the school is notified in writing of the student’s withdrawal at least two weeks in advance, provided the withdrawal occurs by our mid-term break in April or October.
Refunds will only be calculated on tuition fees and meals.
Refunds not claimed within three months of withdrawal will be deemed as a donation to the school.

Special Notes Regarding Fees:
● K1 and K2 students will have an annual book fee of 3,000 baht.
● Grades 1 and 2 will not be charged the Chromebook fee.
● Grades 11 and 12 will not be charged the Chromebook fee.
Payment Schedule:
All fees are due and payable in full BEFORE the start of the semester.
An additional 5% discount on tuition will be granted if all fees are paid annually.
NOTE: STUDENTS MAY NOT START SCHOOL UNTIL FULL PAYMENT OF FEES HAVE BEEN MADE.
Late Enrollment:
Students who enroll after day 45 of the current semester will receive a 25% late enrollment discount. This discount applies only to tuition and meals, and the 45-day calculation refers only to academic days.
Sibling Discounts:
● The eldest child pays the full quoted tuition fee.
● The second child will receive a 10% discount on tuition fees.
● The third child will receive a 15% discount on tuition fees.
Overdue Payments:
Overdue accounts incur a monthly late penalty of 1.25%. This penalty is processed on the 7th of each month or the closest working day thereafter.
NOTE: In the event of overdue accounts, the school reserves the right to withhold school documents and transcripts and to take legal action. Students who are overdue could forfeit their positions at the start of the next semester.
